Asparagus – Michigan Freeze Pack is the world leader in the IQF processing of whole Asparagus spears. We’ve been supplying the United States and Canada with ½” and 1” cuts and tips for 20 years. Our newest offering is diced asparagus in 3/8” and other requested sizes. (processing time is May through the middle of June)

Carrots – All locally grown with varieties featuring a deep orange color and sweet flavor – it’s our largest volume product processed. We specialize in julienne and dice cuts, with ranges from 1/16” to 3/4”, with lengths up to 2 1/2”. We also offer chips as well. (processing time is October through December)

Celery – We are the largest buyer of raw celery in the mid-western United States with all product grown in Michigan. We offer a wide range of sizes for our slices and dices – typical range is from a ¼” dice to a 1/2” slice. (processing time is mid August through mid October)

Zucchini – We have been a United States leader for many years, with our emphasis on green and yellow. Whole slice, cut and quartered, smooth or crinkle, dice or strips – we can meet your needs. Typical offerings include a ¼”, 3/8” and ½” dice, half moon, 3/8” and ½” c/q.(processing time is August and September)

Broccoli – Locally grown with a beautiful bright color and processed to insure fiber is never an issue. Currently producing diced only (no florets) - (typical processing time is mid August through mid October)

Cabbage - Locally grown with a clean, fresh color and crisp texture. Various size dices are available (processing time is August through December)
